I like Revenge of The Sith Humorous Version the best because it is just so hilarious.
Some examples are the Battle Over Coruscant (peep through the keyhole),
Order 71, the ineptitude of the Clown Troopers against Jedi, the hilairity of the end fight sene between so many combatants, the familial ties revelations, and more. The sending presents gags are also very funny and anything involving peas.

I also really like the Deliverance Humorous Version because I see Deliverance as a classic and I think its a really good adaptation.
